1. Services

Nedevo is a brand operated by Super Dia App SRL, a company registered in Romania, providing digital development services such as mobile and web applications, primarily for clients across the European Union.

We offer customized digital services. Project specifics – including structure, features, delivery time, and pricing – are determined individually, based on the client’s needs.

2. Orders & Delivery

Each project begins after confirmation and the provision of all necessary materials (e.g. logo, web app link, design preferences). Delivery timelines vary and are agreed upon before project initiation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in euros (€) and confirmed in advance. Payments are made either in full or in milestones, as agreed in the project contract.

4. Rights & Responsibilities

Clients confirm they hold the rights to all submitted materials (logos, texts, images, etc.). Nedevo reserves the right to refuse or pause a project if legal or technical constraints prevent proper execution.

5. Support & Updates

Support and post-delivery updates are provided depending on the selected service package and are clearly outlined in the offer or contract.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project’s progress, and specified in the service agreement.

7. Jurisdiction

All services are provided in accordance with Romanian law and EU regulations. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, if needed, through competent Romanian courts.
